No Antibiotics: Eggs
This label is defined by USDA to mean no antibiotics were administered in the lifetime of the animal. It does not mean that other drugs including hormones were prohibited as well. This claim does not address related systemic issues like hygiene. Look for other certifications for labels that address drug use animal health and farm hygiene.
